Systems for sports facilities ESNO

The ESNO ticket system is an ergonomic and safe tool for selling tickets for such facilities as ski lifts, sports halls, ice rinks, museums, fairs etc. The software enables to serve clients in a simple and fast way. The ESNO ticket system operates selling stands, which can be: one-stand, multi-stand or dispersed. Thanks to the „dispersed version” a number of sports facilities can be operated simultaneously on common electronic cards.
The ESNO programme accepts and serves tickets as electronic proximity cards for repeated use or single-use bar code tickets. Apart form operating sales the ESNO is also capable of a current control of the traffic at a facility and analysing it.


The ESNO software consists of three modules:
  • till module (fiscal option) – to sell tickets, for reporting, fiscal calculations, management and technical operation of devices. Several modules connected over local LAN can work in a system
  • reader server module – for communication of the till module with readers, for reader configuration, for sending tariffs and cards and to read events form readers
  • settlement centre module – installed as an option in case several systems (ski lifts) cooperate operating on a common pool of electronic cards

Main features of the software:
  •     Operation with a Sybase SQL database
  •     Possible operating several entry gates and till stands (groups of readers)
  •     Possible integration of many centres with common electronic cards
  •     Sales panel with a current reading of the card status a number of executed operations and possible annulment of an operation before printing a receipt
  •     Possible sale of bar code tickets of the „counter type” - instead of „points” one sells a defined number of rides up or down
  •     Possible any shaping of tariffs (automatic change for determined time or week days, immediate change, different prices at different lifts)
  •     Integral sale of other products
  •     Data base of contracting parties
  •     Possible independent card personalisation
  •     Possible annulment of a transaction within a still open receipt
  •     Emergency return of periodical cards and settlement of an unused period  (in case of a facility failure)
  •     Possible granting of percentage discounts or a sale for a determined sum  (e.g. 1 „grosz”)
  •     Possible sale of periodical cards valid within earlier determined periods (days, hours, etc.) the validity of which starts from the first passage through a gate (e.g. 3 hours after an entry).
  •     Invoicing module (a list of items taken from the last or selected receipt)
  •     Separation of a payment method (cash, transfer or credit card)
  •     Possible cooperation with a fiscal module
  •     Differentiation: normal days – holidays (an automatic price change)
  •     Encoding o a card additional data (e.g. information that a card was not bought with cash, therefore no change return)
  •     High safety of data due to verification of every entry into a card against  the database
  •     Automatic time synchronisation in readers

The access to programme options is limited by issued authorisations:
  • ticket clerk's authorisation – gives the access to the sale function, ticket clerk and fiscal reporting and necessary operation reports (e.g. the history of a card)
  • administrator's authorisation – access to configuration functions, inspection and diagnosing and issuing authorisations
  • management authorisation – access to collective reports (financial, stats, turnover)
  • central office authorisation – access to settle centre module, which is installed as an option in case of cooperation of a number of system on a common card pool

The system can create various reports:
  •   ticket clerks report – initial and end card and cash status (a change)
  •   card history of a given number for a given period (sale, returns, passes)
  •   history of passes through a given gate for a given period
  •   collective report of passages and consumed points for a given gate and the entire system for a given period of time
  •   collective report of sold and returned cards and authorisations for  a selected till
  •   turnover report
  •   report split into discounts
  •   history of till operations
  •   sales over a period
  •   sales of other products
